Rose Lesniak is a positive-based dog trainer who brings owners and their dogs into harmonious relationships. Classes are designed to teach an owner how to calmly relate with their dog and how to motivate the dog for good behavior. Her motto is “Positive training for a happy dog!”
Rose is a certified dog trainer and is available for private and / or group classes. She is a graduate of Animal Behavior College and now teaches for them, training future dog trainers. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She is a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator for the American Kennel Club.
All classes are 6-week, 1-hour sessions costing $109.

Petco Therapy / Canine Good Citizen Certification
Canine Good Citizen classes are designed to work with dogs who already have basic commands and wish to become certified to work in schools and hospitals. Dogs with calm behavior and a love of people are needed. Class program includes practice and teaching of all items dogs must pass to become a Canine Good Citizen. Last class is the test. These puppies / dogs must have basic training and know how to come, sit, down and how to walk on a loose leash. Networking to various programs upon successful completion of test. Students must register at Petco before the date of class.

Petco Adult Dog 101
For older dogs who never got it right or for dogs with behavioral quirks. Classes are designed to train or retrain you and your dog. Emphasis will be on walking politely with your dog and dealing with behavioral problems. You and your dog will learn basic obedience; sit, come, stay, down, wait, turn, leave it, and drop it. Students must register at Petco before the date of class.

Free Puppy Socialization Party
Bring your puppy to a Free Socialization Party where your pup will be supervised by Rose and her students with other puppies! Free gifts. Come to Petco on Sunday, February 26, at 2 pm.

Petco Puppy 101 Class
This class is designed to teach you and your new puppy how to bond. Your puppy will learn his/her name, learn to come when called, sit, go down, sit at your side, loose leash walking, and how to keep 4 feet on the floor and not jump on visitors. Puppies will learn socialization skills when playing with other puppies. Potty and crate training, biting solutions, nutrition, and product selection are also covered. 6 classes Class size is limited. To reserve your space go to Petco and sign up.

Petco Adult and Puppy 102/Intermediate Tricks Dog Training
Intermediate dog classes are designed to work with dogs who already have basic commands down but need more practice with calm behavior when with you. These puppies / dogs must have basic training and know how to come, sit, down and how to walk on a loose leash. In this class we will learn and practice more advanced behaviors; sit stays, downstays, stand, coming with distraction, roll over, leave it, drop it, heel, wait, walking calmly out in distraction, circle drills and games. Dogs / Puppies will also learn new tricks and positive socialization with other dogs. Behavioral quirks will be discussed and corrected. Students must register at Petco before the date of class.
